La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional Veracruz, obtuvo de la Juez de proceso y procedimiento penal oral del distrito de Veracruz, vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Yesenia \u201cN\u201d, presunta responsable del delito de homicidio doloso calificado en agravio de siete personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos fueron suscitados el pasado 3 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, en el domicilio ubicado en la calle \u00darsulo Galv\u00e1n esquina Covarrubias de la colonia 1\u00ba de Mayo, en el municipio de Boca del R\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Juez confirm\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa por el tiempo que dure el proceso penal 679\/2022, otorgando cuatro meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que pesar del embarazo de la acusada del asesinato de 7 de sus familiares, no le dar\u00e1n prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria y tendr\u00e1 que dar a luz en la c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n Infoveracruz.
