{"id":8812,"date":"2022-07-27T17:36:12","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T22:36:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=8812"},"modified":"2022-07-27T17:36:13","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T22:36:13","slug":"continua-vinculado-a-proceso-ex-diputado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2022\/07\/27\/continua-vinculado-a-proceso-ex-diputado\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa vinculado a proceso ex diputado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n InfoVeracruz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Xalapa, Ver., a 27 de julio del 2022.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que un juez de proceso y procedimiento penal oral del XI distrito judicial de Xalapa, con sede en Pacho Viejo, dej\u00f3 firme la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Erik Iv\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d,\u00a0 ex diputado local, por el presunto delito de ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico, dentro del proceso penal 74\/2020 y por los presuntos delitos de tr\u00e1fico de influencias y contra la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia, dentro del proceso penal 180\/2020, por hechos ocurridos en el municipio de Alto Lucero en diciembre de 2019.<br>El juez impuso la medida cautelar de firma peri\u00f3dica cada quince d\u00edas, garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y la prohibici\u00f3n de abandonar el pa\u00eds, en cuanto al proceso 74\/2020.<br>Por el proceso penal 180\/2020, dict\u00f3 medida cautelar de resguardo domiciliario, autorizando que pueda salir \u00fanicamente para cumplir la firma peri\u00f3dica\u00a0 y en caso de consulta m\u00e9dica.<br><br><br>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n InfoVeracruz.
