En una audiencia que se prolong\u00f3 hasta la madrugada de este martes, un Juez de Control del distrito judicial de Pacho Viejo impuso medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n oficiosa por el lapso de un a\u00f1o al ex fiscal Jorge \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al desahogarse la Audiencia Inicial dentro del Proceso Penal 296\/2019, que se instruye en contra de ex Fiscal General del Estado Jorge \u201cN\u201d, por delitos de privaci\u00f3n de la libertad en su modalidad de secuestro y desaparici\u00f3n forzada de personas, la FGE hizo la imputaci\u00f3n formal en contra de Jorge \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Juez de Control del distrito judicial de Pacho Viejo legaliz\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n del ex funcionario yunista e impuso a Jorge \u201cN\u201d la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa por el lapso de un a\u00f1o, por lo que deber\u00e1 permanecer en el penal de Pacho Viejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La continuaci\u00f3n de la Audiencia Inicial se ha programado para el domingo 31 de julio a las <a href=\"calendar:T1:12:00 \">12:00 <\/a>horas en la Sala de Juicios Orales del distrito judicial de Pacho Viejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ex Fiscal General del Estado, Jorge \u201cN\u201d, se le acusa de haber privado de la libertad y torturado a Francisco \u201cN\u201d, escolta del ex Fiscal General del Estado, Luis \u00c1ngel Bravo Contreras, para que le arrancaran una confesi\u00f3n mediante la cual incriminara a Bravo Contreras en la comisi\u00f3n de ciertos il\u00edcitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que Jorge \u201cN\u201d fue detenido el lunes por la ma\u00f1ana en Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, luego trasladado a Xalapa para ser presentado ante un Juez de Control.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.
