{"id":8621,"date":"2022-07-23T06:13:32","date_gmt":"2022-07-23T11:13:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=8621"},"modified":"2022-07-23T06:13:33","modified_gmt":"2022-07-23T11:13:33","slug":"entrega-la-fge-los-restos-de-viridiana-moreno-joven-desaparecida-en-cardel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2022\/07\/23\/entrega-la-fge-los-restos-de-viridiana-moreno-joven-desaparecida-en-cardel\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrega la FGE los restos de Viridiana Moreno joven desaparecida en Cardel."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n Infoveracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado informa que derivado del ordenamiento de la juez de proceso y procedimiento penal oral del XI Distrito Judicial anoche fueron entregado los restos de Viridiana Moreno V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sus redes sociales la FGE, dijo que los restos fueron dado a su pareja, Javier Eduardo Rodr\u00edguez Ojeda, quien solicit\u00f3 la entrega de los mismo ante el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumpliendo con los protocolos de ley y respetando sus derechos humanos, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado ha dado cumplimiento al ordenamiento judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que Viridiana Moreno V\u00e1zquez, desapareci\u00f3 el pasado 18 de mayo, luego de que acudi\u00f3 a una entrevista de trabajo en Ciudad Cardel al ser enganchada por redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior origin\u00f3 grandes movilizaciones de familiares y amigos en Xalapa, para exigir a las autoridades el regreso de la joven con vida, sin embargo, se les inform\u00f3 que los restos hallados en la zona de Chachalacas eran de Viridiana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n Infoveracruz.
