{"id":8044,"date":"2022-07-10T12:42:52","date_gmt":"2022-07-10T17:42:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=8044"},"modified":"2022-07-10T12:45:43","modified_gmt":"2022-07-10T17:45:43","slug":"dan-60-anos-en-prision-por-homicidio-de-alcaldesa-de-dan-mixtla-de-altamirano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2022\/07\/10\/dan-60-anos-en-prision-por-homicidio-de-alcaldesa-de-dan-mixtla-de-altamirano\/","title":{"rendered":"Dan  60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por homicidio de alcaldesa de  Mixtla de Altamirano."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n Infoveracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Zongolica, Ver.-La Fiscal\u00eda Regional de la zona centro-C\u00f3rdoba logr\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de Mar\u00eda Ang\u00e9lica \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, debido al delito de homicidio doloso calificado en agravio de quien fung\u00eda como alcaldesa del municipio de Mixtla de Altamirano, Maricela Vallejo Orea, as\u00ed como de Efr\u00e9n Zopiyactle Tlaxcaltecatl y Heriberto Sabino Garc\u00eda Castillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso se realiz\u00f3 mediante el Juicio Oral 08\/2021-J, por los hechos suscitados el pasado 24 de abril del 2019, sobre la carretera federal Orizaba-Zongolica a la altura del municipio de Los Reyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Juez tambi\u00e9n impuso pago por la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, el cual asciende a un mill\u00f3n 650 mil 360 pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Redacci\u00f3n Infoveracruz.
