{"id":62153,"date":"2026-03-24T13:03:19","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T18:03:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=62153"},"modified":"2026-03-24T13:03:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T18:03:25","slug":"inicia-proceso-penal-contra-exfiscal-de-veracruz-jorge-n","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2026\/03\/24\/inicia-proceso-penal-contra-exfiscal-de-veracruz-jorge-n\/","title":{"rendered":"Inicia proceso penal contra exfiscal de Veracruz, Jorge \u201cN\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Susana Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Veracruz, Ver. 24 de marzo de 2026.- Un juez de control determin\u00f3 iniciar proceso penal en contra del exfiscal de Veracruz, Jorge \u201cN\u201d, por su probable responsabilidad en delitos relacionados con corrupci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instancia procuradora de justicia precis\u00f3 que al exservidor p\u00fablico se le imputan los delitos de ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico, abuso de autoridad y tr\u00e1fico de influencias, tras considerar que existen elementos suficientes para su procesamiento.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de la audiencia, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso y mantener la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, con el objetivo de garantizar el desarrollo de las investigaciones correspondientes, integradas en el proceso penal 185\/2026.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exfuncionario, quien encabez\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda durante el gobierno de Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes Linares, ya hab\u00eda sido detenido previamente en 2022 por su presunta implicaci\u00f3n en el delito de desaparici\u00f3n forzada, y posteriormente reaprehendido en 2024 por el delito de tortura.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta nueva vinculaci\u00f3n, las autoridades estatales contin\u00faan con las acciones legales en su contra por distintos se\u00f1alamientos ocurridos durante su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Susana Cruz.
