{"id":60411,"date":"2026-02-04T17:49:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T22:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=60411"},"modified":"2026-02-04T17:49:44","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T22:49:44","slug":"reportan-32-autos-maceta-en-la-antigua-puente-nacional-y-actopan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2026\/02\/04\/reportan-32-autos-maceta-en-la-antigua-puente-nacional-y-actopan\/","title":{"rendered":"Reportan 32 Autos \u201cMaceta\u201d en La Antigua, Puente Nacional y Actopan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veracruz, Ver.- Tr\u00e1nsito estatal de Cardel inform\u00f3 que durante el mes de enero residentes han reportado 32 veh\u00edculos en abandono \u201cmaceta\u201d en municipios de La Antigua, Puente Nacional y Actopan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ra\u00edz de las notificaciones, personal de Delegaci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial de Jos\u00e9 Cardel procedieron al retiro de dos autos \u201cmaceta\u201d al transcurrir los 5 d\u00edas naturales posteriores a la notificaci\u00f3n, sin haber sido retirados por los propietarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad explic\u00f3 que, el Art\u00edculo 22 de la Ley establece que se proh\u00edbe realizar en v\u00eda p\u00fablica los siguientes actos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. Estacionar veh\u00edculos o remolques deteriorados, inservibles por m\u00e1s de 72 horas, la autoridad retirar\u00e1 dichos veh\u00edculos sin requerir denuncia y los llevar\u00e1 al dep\u00f3sito o corral\u00f3n, los gastos de dicho traslado y dep\u00f3sito ser\u00e1n a cargo de su propietario o posesionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Incumplimiento a lo anterior, en el t\u00e9rmino de cinco d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que haya sido debidamente notificado por la Direcci\u00f3n General, ser\u00e1 considerado como Infracci\u00f3n grave.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.
