Veracruz, Ver, El ex alcalde de Atoyac, Carlos Alberto V. de la P., fue detenido por polic\u00edas de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado solo minutos despu\u00e9s de concluir el cargo, en cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por homicidio doloso calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La FGE informo que el ex edil fue capturado en Atoyac, dentro del Proceso Penal 427\/2025 del juzgado de control del distrito judicial de La Toma, por un homicidio ocurrido en abril del 2025 en Atoyac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La dependencia report\u00f3 que Carlos Alberto \u201cN\u201d, ten\u00eda vigente una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por el delito de homicidio doloso calificado cometido en agravio de una v\u00edctima, cuya identidad se encuentra resguardada, el hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 18 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El ex alcalde de Atoyac, quien concluy\u00f3 su administraci\u00f3n el mi\u00e9rcoles 31 de diciembre, ser\u00e1 presentado ante el juez de control para que defina su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, dentro del proceso penal 427\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bajo un fuerte dispositivo de seguridad, el ex edil fue trasladado al penal de La Toma, en Amatl\u00e1n de los Reyes, para ser presentado ante el juez de control en la audiencia correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
