{"id":54856,"date":"2025-09-10T13:52:36","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T18:52:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=54856"},"modified":"2025-09-10T13:52:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T18:52:37","slug":"en-moloacan-abusan-de-menor-de-edad-cuando-salio-al-bano-de-su-casa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2025\/09\/10\/en-moloacan-abusan-de-menor-de-edad-cuando-salio-al-bano-de-su-casa\/","title":{"rendered":"En Moloac\u00e1n abusan de menor de edad cuando sali\u00f3 al ba\u00f1o de su casa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alejandro \u00c1vila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moloac\u00e1n, Ver.- Un joven de aproximadamente 15 a\u00f1os de edad fue v\u00edctima de abuso sexual al salir de su vivienda para dirigirse al ba\u00f1o que se encuentra en el patio de su casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en la localidad Acalapa II perteneciente al municipio de Moloac\u00e1n; el presunto agresor, identificado como David \u201cN\u201d de 36 a\u00f1os ea vecino de la v\u00edctima, el agresor lo intercept\u00f3 y llev\u00f3 a la fuerza a su domicilio la madrugada de este lunes 8 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La madre relat\u00f3 que escuch\u00f3 gritos de auxilio de la vivienda de al lado y reconoci\u00f3 la voz de su hijo, por lo que solicit\u00f3 ayuda de familiares y amigos; el agresor fue detenido y entregado a la polic\u00eda de Villa Cuichapa, y posteriormente fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de Las Choapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os Veracruz ha registrado 4,764 denuncias por pederastia, seg\u00fan el Censo Nacional de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia Estatal (CNPJE) del INEGI.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alejandro \u00c1vila.
