{"id":54251,"date":"2025-08-22T17:30:24","date_gmt":"2025-08-22T22:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=54251"},"modified":"2025-08-22T17:32:41","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T22:32:41","slug":"2-anos-de-carcel-a-ex-policia-por-crimen-de-periodista-moises-sanchez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/22\/2-anos-de-carcel-a-ex-policia-por-crimen-de-periodista-moises-sanchez\/","title":{"rendered":"32 a\u00f1os de C\u00e1rcel a Ex Polic\u00eda por Crimen de Periodista Mois\u00e9s S\u00e1nchez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veracruz, Ver.- Clemente No\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez Mart\u00ednez, ex polic\u00eda municipal de Medell\u00edn de Bravo, fue sentenciado a 32 a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n por el crimen del periodista Jos\u00e9 Mois\u00e9s S\u00e1nchez Cerezo, ocurrido en enero del a\u00f1o 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) inform\u00f3 que un juez dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 32 a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n en contra de Clemente No\u00e9 \u201cN\u201d por homicidio doloso calificado, en la Causa Penal 30\/2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el crimen del periodista Jos\u00e9 Mois\u00e9s S\u00e1nchez Cerezo, ocurrido en enero del 2015 en la colonia Guti\u00e9rrez Rosas, en la congregaci\u00f3n El Tejar municipio de Medell\u00edn de Bravo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e1nchez Cerezo fue privado de la libertad en su vivienda el d\u00eda 2 de enero del a\u00f1o 2015 y, el 24 de enero, lo hallaron muerto y decapitado en un paraje de la localidad El Tejar, municipio de Medell\u00edn de Bravo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clemente No\u00e9 \u201cN\u201d habr\u00eda confesado durante el juicio que el homicidio del comunicador fue por encargo de Mart\u00edn L\u00f3pez Meneses, subdirector de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Medell\u00edn y escolta personal del ex alcalde Omar Cruz Reyes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.
