Veracruz, Ver. El ramo gastron\u00f3mico es de los sectores m\u00e1s fiscalizados y para poder abrir un nuevo restaurante se debe cumplir con una serie de tr\u00e1mites engorrosos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Abigail Guzm\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez, presidenta de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) de Veracruz.
Estim\u00f3 que de tres meses en adelante es el tiempo en que se tardan en poder abrir un nuevo restaurante en la zona de Veracruz. Por ello consider\u00f3 que se necesita mayor flexibilidad.
\u201cNecesitamos muchos puntos que cubrir y esperamos que apuesten por abrir m\u00e1s negocios en Veracruz porque eso da vista a los municipios y al estado. Esto genera des\u00e1nimo y dicen mejor me dedico a otro negocio\u201d.
Por otro lado, dijo que hacen falta colaboradores en los restaurantes, por lo que invit\u00f3 a conocer la oferta de vacantes con la que cuentan y trabajar la industria en chimeneas.
\u201cTenemos escasez de colaboradores que es una situaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 pasando a nivel nacional y mundial pero muchos est\u00e1n resistiendo y esperamos que para inicio de a\u00f1o muchos se animen a emprender\u201d.
Finalmente mencion\u00f3 que los negocios gastron\u00f3micos de la regi\u00f3n implementaron estrategias para absorber los encarecimientos de los insumos para no trasladarlos al consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
