Personal de Secundaria T\u00e9cnica n\u00famero 1 se manifest\u00f3 afuera del plantel para acusar que el director Jos\u00e9 Ant\u00f3nio de Le\u00f3n Pav\u00f3n incurre supuestamente en malos tratos contra ellos.<br>Dijeron que incurre en acoso laboral, actos de hostigamiento y malos tratos.<br>Agregaron que tambi\u00e9n incurre en violencia psicolog\u00eda y verbal y aunque el caso lo hicieron del conocimiento de las autoridades de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n de Veracruz nadie act\u00faa al respecto.<br>Agregaron que tiene actitudes groseras y poco amables en su desempe\u00f1o con actos aislados o repetitivos seg\u00fan el trabajador o el departamento en cuesti\u00f3n.<br>\u201cHemos ido a SEV a denunciar los actos que comete el director pero no hemos tenido respuesta. Son muchos casos otro adem\u00e1s esto es recurrente entre el personal no solo maestros sino tambi\u00e9n de intendencia\u201d.<br>Tambi\u00e9n humilla y desvaloriza el trabajo de quienes laboran de la escuela al quitarles responsabilidades del cargo y no reconocer su desempe\u00f1o.<br>Incluso supuestamente a trav\u00e9s del subdirector emite amenazas y actas administrativas a trabajadores en general, incluyendo personal de limpieza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Susana Cruz.
