{"id":33658,"date":"2024-05-15T18:26:48","date_gmt":"2024-05-15T23:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=33658"},"modified":"2024-05-15T18:26:50","modified_gmt":"2024-05-15T23:26:50","slug":"sentencian-a-ex-notario-publico-por-fraude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2024\/05\/15\/sentencian-a-ex-notario-publico-por-fraude\/","title":{"rendered":"Sentencian a ex Notario P\u00fablico por Fraude"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado Esteban Ramiro \u201cN\u201d, ex Notario P\u00fablico Adscrito en Tuxpan, fue sentenciado a cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por delito de fraude gen\u00e9rico, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un Juez de Sentencia del distrito judicial de Tuxpan impuso una pena de 5 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel al ex Notario P\u00fablico Adscrito, Esteban Ramiro \u201cN\u201d, dentro del Juicio Oral 12\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dependencia detall\u00f3 que el 16 de mayo del a\u00f1o 2018, la v\u00edctima D.M.G. acudi\u00f3 a la Notar\u00eda n\u00famero 7 de Tuxpan para solicitar servicios notariales a Ramiro Esteban \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pag\u00f3 una importante cantidad de dinero, porque los servicios notariales no son econ\u00f3micos, por el tr\u00e1mite que solicit\u00f3, pero pas\u00f3 el tiempo sin recibir nada de los documentos que hab\u00eda solicitado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Busc\u00f3 al Notario P\u00fablico Adscrito, Esteban Ramiro \u201cN\u201d, para que le diera una explicaci\u00f3n por el incumplimiento en los servicios notariales y ni siquiera se le atendi\u00f3, entonces interpuso una denuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concluido el proceso penal, el Juez dict\u00f3 sentencia de 5 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel en contra del ex Notario P\u00fablico Adscrito y, adem\u00e1s, se le impuso el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.
