El rezago que persiste en impartici\u00f3n de justicia en Veracruz mantiene en prisi\u00f3n a varias personas, admiti\u00f3 Rafael Perea Pitaliua, presidente electo del Colegio de Abogados en Litigaci\u00f3n Oral del Estado de Veracruz.<br>Explic\u00f3 que se suspendieron o alargaron audiencias y los detenidos no pueden recuperar su libertad.<br>Consider\u00f3 urgente abrir los juzgados digitales que descongestionan los procedimientos y ayudan a resolver los problemas en menos tiempo.<br>\u201cHay gente que sigue detenida, se han alargado y suspendido ciertas audiencias, cuando deben de ser de forma inmediata en 7 d\u00edas, se pasan a 30 o 45 d\u00edas m\u00e1s\u201d.<br>Agreg\u00f3 que carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n que deber\u00edan integrarse en 3 meses se elaboran en 6 o m\u00e1s.<br>Ahora el rezago es significativo en los expedientes, incluso algunos tienen un a\u00f1o en espera.<br>\u201cEn el tema penal lleva mucho tiempo interponer una denuncia y que el fiscal realice las actuaciones necesarias para que se esclarezcan los hechos y se pueda judicializar la carpeta ante un juez de control\u201d.<br>Admiti\u00f3 los atrasos en las fiscal\u00edas en la implementaci\u00f3n de acuerdos para reparar los da\u00f1os.<br>Adem\u00e1s la falta de digitalizaci\u00f3n de expedientes vuelve dif\u00edcil la impartici\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Susana Cruz.
