{"id":15917,"date":"2023-01-23T18:10:26","date_gmt":"2023-01-23T23:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/?p=15917"},"modified":"2023-01-23T22:10:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T03:10:10","slug":"carcel-a-profesor-por-manosear-a-sus-alumnas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoveracruz.com.mx\/index.php\/2023\/01\/23\/carcel-a-profesor-por-manosear-a-sus-alumnas\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e1rcel a Profesor por Manosear a sus Alumnas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El profesor Jos\u00e9 Luis G.B., maestro de matem\u00e1ticas de la Escuela Secundaria T\u00e9cnica Industrial 113, del poblado Ranchoapan del municipio de San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla, fue detenido por detectives de la Polic\u00eda Ministerial acusado por abuso sexual a menores, pues manoseaba a sus alumnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La noche del domingo, un grupo de detectives de la Polic\u00eda Ministerial de la Delegaci\u00f3n Regional Cosamaloapan capturaron en la colonia El Manguito, de San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla, al profesor Jos\u00e9 Luis G.B., de 44 a\u00f1os, en cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detectives le notificaron que ten\u00eda una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por delito de abuso sexual a menores, en el Proceso Penal 16\/2023 del \u00edndice del Juzgado de Control del Juzgado de Proceso y Procedimiento Penal Oral, con sede en San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprovechando que estaba frente a grupo, pues impart\u00eda matem\u00e1ticas en la Escuela Secundaria T\u00e9cnica Industrial 113, de Ranchoapan, el profesor Jos\u00e9 Luis realizaba tocamiento a las estudiantes y las acosaba sexualmente, hasta el momento hay nueve menores agraviadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El profesor Jos\u00e9 Luis G.B. se encuentra recluido en el penal \u201cZamora\u201d de San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla, donde podr\u00eda permanecer por una temporada acusado por abuso sexual a menores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez.
