La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Gobierno de Veracruz denunci\u00f3 por fraude a \u00d3scar Agust\u00edn Lara Hern\u00e1ndez, ex candidato de Movimiento Ciudadano a la alcald\u00eda de Veracruz, por un il\u00edcito que habr\u00eda cometido mientras fung\u00eda como presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del World Trade Center (WTC).<br>\u00a0<br>Rodolfo Ju\u00e1rez Castillo, Director Jur\u00eddico y apoderado legal de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo y Cultura, denunci\u00f3 que \u00d3scar Lara fue presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n del Centro de Exposiciones y Convenciones de Veracruz A.C.<br>\u00a0<br>Y cuando concluy\u00f3 su administraci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 una auditor\u00eda y detectaron irregularidades con las facturas que presentaron durante septiembre, octubre y noviembre del 2019, ya que las facturas no pudieron ser validadas por el SAT.<br>\u00a0<br>Las facturas irregulares amparan un monto total de 12 millones 030 mil 978 pesos, raz\u00f3n por lo que en la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo consideran que se podr\u00eda configurar el delito de fraude.<br>\u00a0<br>Por los hechos que son probablemente constitutivos de delito, se radic\u00f3 en la Fiscal\u00eda de Boca del R\u00edo la Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n 1751\/2022 en contra de \u00d3scar Agust\u00edn Lara Hern\u00e1ndez, ex presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Expover.<br>\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Jorge Hern\u00e1ndez. \u00a0\u00a0Veracruz,Ver.
