El sindicato y la empresa Terminal Internacional de Contenedores Asociados de Veracruz (ICAVE) llegaron a un acuerdo y no habr\u00e1 huelga.<br>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado se dio a conocer que el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de diciembre del a\u00f1o 2022, ser\u00e1 efectuado el pago del remanente correspondiente a la Participaci\u00f3n de las Utilidades para los Trabajadores (PTU), correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal 2021.<br>Cabe recordar que este mes habr\u00eda paro de labores, por diferentes exigencias, sin embargo, los trabajadores y la compa\u00f1\u00eda llegaron a un acuerdo.<br>El procedimiento a huelga estaba bajo el expediente 566\/2022 promovido ante el Tribunal Laboral Federal en Asuntos Colectivos, con sede en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<br>Sin embargo en las negociaciones se encontr\u00f3 coincidencia y sobre todo acuerdos a favor de los trabajadores.<br>En el documento se reiter\u00f3 el compromiso del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Sindical a trav\u00e9s de su representante el secretario general Augusto Crespo Ruiz y el cuerpo de abogados que respaldan al sindicato que encabeza Alfredo S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Susana Cruz.
